Rules and Requirements for submission scientific research in the field of legal sciences (Law) for publication in an electronic scientific journal «Legal Bulletin»
The article should be designed in accordance with the requirements set out below and carefully proofread by the author.
Technical parameters of the article. The text is typed in the Word program: font size – 14, typeface – Times New Roman, line spacing – 1.5, margins – 2 cm on all sides.
The volume of the publication is from 18,000 to 40,000 characters with spaces (not including annotations, keywords, graphs, figures, tables and a list of sources). Exceeding of the specified volumes is possible only in agreement with the editorial board.
If there are 2 authors, then the publication volume is from 24,000 characters with spaces. If there are 3 or more authors, the publication volume is from 30,000 characters with spaces.
The originality of the text should be at least 75% of the volume of the article (it is necessary to attach an anti-plagiarism certificate).
The structure of the article. The author's materials should be sent to the editorial office, including the following elements: UDC and BBK indexes, title of the published material, abstract, keywords, text of the published material, bibliographic list, information about the author / authors. The title of the article, the abstract, keywords and information about the author should be presented in Russian and English.

The text of the article should include the following elements:
• introduction (statement of the research problem, review of scientific literature in accordance with the research problem)
• Materials and research methods;
• Research results;
• discussion of the research results;
• Conclusion.
The titles of scientific articles should be informative, concise and reflect the essence of the thematic content of the material. The translation of the titles of articles into English should not contain transliterations from Russian, except for untranslatable proper names and other objects with proper names.
The abstract in Russian is designed according to GOST 7.9-95, GOST R 7.0.4-2006, GOST 7.5-98 with a volume of 200-250 words (about 1000 characters). It is placed after specifying the title and the author/authors of the article. It should briefly reflect the structure of the article.:
- relevance;
- the main goal;
- issues under consideration;
- methods used;
- sections of the article (if it is essential for the article);
- conclusions.
Abbreviations and symbols, except for common ones, are used in exceptional cases or are defined at the first use.
The English-language abstract serves as a reference tool for the English-speaking reader and is their main source of information about the article. It should be written in high-quality English, using terminology that is accepted and understandable to the English-speaking reader.
Keywords are 5-10 basic terms that reveal the content of the publication and are of direct importance for an objective and scientific assessment of its concept and idea. Keywords are the structural basis of the publication, according to which the interested reader will be able to quickly find it. The key words are given in the nominative case.
The bibliographic list in Russian and English should include all scientific works used by the author; references to new scientific literature are welcome. Each link should contain the following items: author/authors, title, place of publication, year of publication, publisher, total number of pages. The editor, compiler, translator, etc. are also indicated; the book series of the publication (if available). A dot and dash separator is placed between the description areas. The list of references is compiled in the order of citation (!) and is designed in accordance with the requirements of GOST 7.1–2003 "Bibliographic record. Bibliographic description. General requirements and rules of compilation". References to literature in the text are marked as they appear with ordinal numbers in square brackets. The link to the page is separated from the link to the source by a comma. If references to several sources are given in square brackets at the same time, they are separated from each other by a semicolon (for example: [1, p. 25] or [1, p. 26; 5, p. 17]). Links to Internet resources are provided in the general list of references by author or title of the publication, with mandatory indication of the site address where this publication is posted, and the date of its posting or the date of the last resource availability check. The author is responsible for the accuracy of information, the accuracy of citations and references to sources and literature.
- Each source of literature should be referenced in the text of the article in square brackets. [1], [2], [3].
The bibliographic list does not include:
- articles from any non-scientific journals and other print media;
- regulatory and legislative acts;
- statistical collections and archives;
- electronic resources (online articles, newspaper and any news resources, reports and various studies on websites, websites of institutions and organizations);
- dictionaries, encyclopedias, and other reference books;
- reports, reports, notes, reports, protocols.
Anonymous sources, including electronic ones, and regulatory documents (resolutions, laws, instructions, etc.) that are not indexed in citation databases, are quoted directly in the text or in in-text footnotes at the end of a page, are not included in the list of references!
References to official documents and regulations must include the date, number, full name, and official source of publication.
The bibliographic list in English (References) is designed taking into account the requirements of international citation databases. The BSI system is used for transliteration. References must be submitted in accordance with the rules.
It is necessary that the bibliographic list sufficiently reflects the sources used by the authors and includes at least 10 sources.
In accordance with the international ethics of scientific publications, authors are recommended to observe a self-citation rate of no more than 20% (in the list of references).
All links to articles must be identified. We recommend that you include DOI and/or EDN codes in the links. In the E-library, in the "Tools" section, there is a "Citation Link" function.
Information about the author (in Russian and English) must contain the first name, last name and patronymic (in full), place of work with the department (without abbreviations, abbreviations are not allowed, it is recommended to use the generally accepted translated version of the name of the organization), position, academic title or status, academic degree, country name (for foreign authors), email address. To work with the authors, the editorial staff needs a contact phone number (preferably mobile) and a home address with an index (this information is not subject to publication). The names of the authors of the articles in transliterated form should correspond to the profiles of the authors available in the database, so as not to make it difficult to identify them and combine data on their publications and citations under one profile (identifier – author's ID). In addition, it is important for authors to adhere to specifying one place of work, since information about the organization's affiliation is one of the main defining features for identifying the author. If available, specify the ORCID number.
- If there are 3 or more authors, the authors' declared contribution is indicated in Russian and English. For example: The stated contribution of the authors: Ivanov A.B. — formulation of the problem, development of the concept of the article, critical analysis of the literature; Petrova G.P. — description of the results and formation of conclusions of the study; Sidorov A.N. — collection of statistical data, tabular and graphical representation of the results.
For postgraduates, candidates for the degree of Candidate of sciences, undergraduates, students, it is mandatory to provide information about the supervisor (surname, first name, patronymic, academic degree, title, place of work) - it is recommended to attach a review of the supervisor.
By submitting their personal data, the author automatically consents to their processing and storage.
Articles sent to the editorial office without fulfilling these conditions of publication are not considered.
