Article Processing Charges

    Because the journal provides authors with services for distributing published articles and other materials to a specialized scientific audience in constant open access for an unlimited period of time through the journal's website, Scientific Electronic Library “Elibrary.ru ”, the Cyberleninka Scientific Electronic Library, and VK social media groups, as well as through the distribution of the journal in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, APC has been established.

The publication of the journal is carried out on the principle of self-financing. The authors make a small organizational contribution, as a result of which the publishing house forms a fund of funds covering publishing expenses. This approach allows the publishing house to remain independent of the government, scientometric databases, and other stakeholders.

The amount of the registration fee is currently 6,000 rubles per article.
According to the Online-first system – 10000 rubles.

The registration fee is paid only after the acceptance of the submitted manuscript for publication based on the positive conclusion of the reviewer(s), which the author of the manuscript is informed by the editorial staff.

It is possible to exempt from the registration fee or reduce the amount of the contribution if there are circumstances that deserve attention: 

• your H-index for the RSCI core exceeds 15;
• you are a post-graduate student on an intramural basis and the sole author of the manuscript submitted, in which case you have to enclose a confirmation-of-study letter.
